A further competition for the provision of Hot Beverages has been conducted in accordance with the Hot Beverage Framework -CAT11048-TU (OJEU Contract Notice Ref 2018-OJS125-304819), Lot 2: Speciality Coffee Ingredients (80+ point SCA Q Grading), Equipment and Associated Coffee Shop Products. Suppliers from the associated approved list were invited to participate in the further competition, which was based upon a mix of Price, Quality and Taste Testing in alignment with TUCO guidance.
