The Royal Navy People and Training Directorate (P&T) is responsible for the Navy's full employment cycle, from recruitment to exit, and the transformation of associated processes to ensure continued relevance to a modern workforce. P&T is exploring options to deliver a transformed people management capability to improve availability, exploit new technology, enhance productivity and improve the lived experience of sailors in the Royal Navy. A Market Interest Event to set out the scope of the requirement will be held virtually from 1000 on Tuesday 21 September 2021. Full details in attached leaflet.
