MINOR & INTERMEDIATE BUILDING WORKS FRAMEWORK
Notice Description
The Authority seeks to select a panel of contractors to undertake building works across the MPS estate, predominantly within Greater London and to a lesser extent the South East England. The framework is to be split into three lots based on project value encompassing minor works to individual projects of up to 10,000,000 GBP. Works are to include but are not limited to: * Internal refurbishment and fit out of buildings, offices, stations, training facilities, etc. * Alteration and extension * Decoration * Mechanical and electrical installation * Mechanical and electrical repair and replacements * Internal fabric repairs, replacement and installation * External fabric repairs, replacement and installation * Demolition * Asbestos removal * New build works with the option to include design services
