The town centres are linked by a network of trunk and secondary roads under mixed control of the London Borough of Brent and other agencies. The borough has an extensive network of Controlled Parking Zones and other parking restrictions that operate over a range of days and hours, depending on local pressures on kerb space, traffic flow and safety requirements. The Council requires a partner organisation that will provide the systems for: * Cashless Parking Services (also known as Telephone Parking ) as a substitute payment channel for traditional Pay & Display machines * Parking Permits
