The Council is seeking to procure a contractor to design and build the following scheme: o Project Name: Hartham Leisure Centre o Project Address: Hartham Lane, Hartham Common, Hertford, SG14 1QR The proposed construction works will comprise the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing leisure centre. This will entail demolishing an existing single storey structure and replacing it with a two-storey construction and refurbishing other areas. Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
