The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Haringey (the "Council") is inviting Tenders for the Provision of a suitable Contractor to undertake fire safety upgrades and refurbishment work on the high-rise block Kenneth Robbins House. The scope of works will consist of but is not limited to: * Window replacement. * External structural brickwork repairs. * New lateral mains. * Asbestos removal. * Replacement of soil and vent pipes (internal). * Replacement of bathrooms and kitchen base units. * Communal repairs and decorations, including flooring. * New lighting to communal areas, including emergency lighting. * New fire doors to stairwell. * New front entrance doors, including doors to intake cupboard. * Firestopping to communal and internal areas. * Replacement of kitchens and bathrooms. * Evacuation Alert System and Door Entry. * Refurbishment of community centre.
