Demolition of former factory located at 31 Lucy Road. The project will involve, soft strip, removal of asbestos containing materials and demolition of building by machine and hand. On completion the site is to be left clean and tidy and hoarding is to be installed to the existing perimeter fencing. Additional drainage is to be installed to assist with surface water run off. The tender is managed through the Council's E-Procurement Portal. Access to this system is available via the following link https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/ You will need to be registered on the system before you can access the tender. Once registered you can express and interest in the tender then access the tender documents.
