Summary of the contracting process

The Public Health England (PHE), an Executive Agency of the Department of Health, is currently in the planning stage of a public procurement process titled "Personal Relocation Services and Outplacement and Additional Services: Soft Market Test." This initiative, situated at PHE's headquarters in Porton Down, Salisbury, aims to explore opportunities for providers to support staff relocation and outplacement services associated with the PHE Science Hub Programme. Importantly, this notice does not lead to immediate contract awards, as it seeks to gather information on available services before future procurement actions. The soft market test was initiated on 16 January 2018, and further details will be accessible through the PHE Bravo e-tendering Portal.

This procurement process presents an excellent opportunity for businesses specialising in personal relocation and outplacement services to engage with a prominent government agency. Companies offering comprehensive relocation management, as well as outplacement support, are well-suited to submit their interest for this soft market test. Moreover, businesses that provide supplementary services in 'Business Resilience Support Services during Transformation' may also find valuable opportunities as PHE continues to evaluate its needs for future formal tenders.
