Develop a programme plan with a critical path and dependency log. Create alignment across the various workstreams in the programme to ensure their outputs are supporting the programme goals. Supporting the programme director develop a 3 year business case including the resourcing . Develop relationships with internal and external teams to deliver the programme including mapping interdependencies across other national programmes and central functions
