To complete a fire risk assessment for the Communal Areas of our General Housing Stock (on a Block by Block basis) including accessible loft/roof spaces, where accessible. This comprises approximately 346 buildings. There may also be additional blocks that require assessment on an ad hoc basis. The types of buildings that require fire risk assessments include but is not limited to: o Two to four-storey o Detached o Semi-detached Additional information: Ipswich Borough Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Fire Risk Assessments at within its Housing services. This opportunity is available in the 'Current Tenders' area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 30th June 2021 at 12:00hrs.
