Notice Description
The general requirement for the bus notices contract is for a professional livery company to manage the process of printing and dispatching notices to bus companies across London. Under the existing system, bus operating companies and manufacturers order notices through an online system created and maintained by the service provider. Once the order is logged, the bus notices are dispatched. To participate in this opportunity the supplier needs to be registered on Procontract. To register or to check if you are already registered log on to https://procontract.due-north.com. It is important that suppliers read the instructions carefully on the home page before proceeding with registration. To be considered for this opportunity the company must first complete the Supplier Selection Questionnaire Parts 1,2 and 3 as a condition of participation. A supplier guidance document is attached within the 'opportunity documents' section, this will give instructions to facilitate the submission. If you require any further assistance please communicate with contact person in Section I.1 using the Procontract portal only. The procurement process used to tender this requirement will be the Negotiated Procedure. The requirement will be tendered in accordance with the Utilities Contracts Regulations (2016). The procurement process is being conducted on behalf of Transport for London (TfL). TfL is a complex organization operating both as a Functional Body of the Greater London Authority (GLA) under the direction of the Mayor of London and as a provider of transport services.
