This Tender is for a supplier to undertake remediation and landscaping development work including hard and soft surface landscaping, the installation of associated street furniture and landscape features at Kerrier Way , Camborne. Key elements of the landscape works include: * Groundworks (cut and fill) to produce a grassed amphitheatre in the east greenspace and informal terracing in the west. * Remediation works through capping the site with clean imported material. * Creation of paths and paved seating areas. * Creation of Cornish hedges alongside Kerrier Way and Perryway. * Installation of landscape furniture and features, including benches, seating walls and bespoke gateway art/features. * Soft landscaping including seeding, amenity planting, boundary planting and tree planting. * Establishment maintenance for 1 year Additional information: Clarifications will be published against the Contract Notice on Contracts Finder.
