150056 Fire Safety Statutory Compliance

Notice Description

The FPP facility is over 60 years old and for a variety of reasons is no longer statutory compliant with Fire Safety Legislation Building 20 which connects onto the existing FPP building has been built to comply with current Fire Safety Legislation. There is therefore an incompatibility issue between the two buildings that needs to be addressed. This project addresses the fire safety issues around compartmentalisation; structural integrity, emergency lighting, and means of escape and fire signage. The specifications are contained within the attachment section of the Bravo ITT form and are listed below: 1. FPP Client Requirements for Fire Safety Improvements Rev 02 2. Pre-construction Info Fire safety requirements FPP 3. WORKS INFORMATION GENERAL PRELIMINARIES - 150056 FPP Fire compliance project There are also other relevant documents that have been included within the attachment section of the Bravo e-tendering portal ITT form for information and these will require referencing to submit a full response.
