Notice Description

The Council has a requirement for the supply of water coolers and associated services. There are a number of existing water coolers in situ across the Council and details of the types and sites are contained within Annex 1 of Section 3 Specification. In order to streamline spend and be responsive to business need we would like to appoint a single Supplier who will be our sole provider for these services during the contract period. Additional information: Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 09:00 on 03 April 2020. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response. The deadline for returns is 12:00pm on 03rd April 2020. Please visit the Council's e-tendering system https://www.eastmidstenders.org where you can express interest and obtain the documents, (please note we will only accept expressions of interest through the e-tendering system.
