Cornwall Council seeks to appoint a suitably accredited and demonstrably Principal Contractor to undertake the construction of a new meeting room; and carry out internal remodelling and general refurbishment of the existing facilities in the administration and heads offices area within the single storey flat roof building at Cubert Community Primary School, Chynowen Ln, Cubert, Newquay, Cornwall, TR8 5HE. Additional information: Cornwall Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ (Due North) to manage tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system and obtain the tender documentation. All interaction with the Council in respect of this requirement will be conducted through the Due North system. In the event that you need to contact the Council in relation to this opportunity please follow the instructions in the advert and in the tender documentation. Tenders will be opened at 4pm on 20th June 2018 in accordance with the details recorded on the South West Portal found at https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/
