Arts Council England is looking for a supplier to undertake an independent review of relevant policies, procedures and structures and assess the extent to which they meet legal requirements such as the Public Sector Equality Duty, public sector standards and the commitment to Inclusivity and Relevance that the Arts Council has set out in its 21-24 Delivery Plan. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
