WM Housing Group is seeking to appoint a service provider to work with us to provide our required Responsive Lift Maintenance and Repairs service. The estimated contract value is approx. PS2,700,000 over the duration of nine years i.e. PS300,000 per annum. WMHG will be seeking to appoint service providers who can demonstrate previous experience of providing a guaranteed 24-hour, 365/6 days a year responsive maintenance cover including out of hours services. A primary requirement will be an understanding of how these services should be delivered in rural and widely dispersed geographical areas.
