This opportunity is restricted to only the three suppliers invited to participate. Elmbridge Borough Council is looking to purchase two vehicles: Renault Traffic Conversion and a Peugeot Boxer conversion. The Peugeot should be converted to at least 11 seats, four of which are removable for wheelchair access. The Renault should have at least 9 seats which a seat removable for wheelchair access
