Notice Description
The scope of the project is the implementation of a new main housing management system at CGA. The existing system was implemented by Preston City Council in 1999, and brought over to CGA in 2005. Functions * Rent Accounting * Rent Recovery * Lettings * Right To Buy * Service Charges * Tenancy Management * Voids * Gateway Greencare * Handyman Services The Contract term is an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years).
