The contract value stated is for an initial 2 year term with the option to extend for a further 1+1 years extending the value to potentially PS40,000,000 depending on the extension options. The potential estimated pass-through value inclusive of mark-up is PS10,000,000 p.a. This is a non-exclusive contract and the MoJ makes no guarantee of any spend at all and furthermore, makes no guarantee that future spend shall be on a similar level.
