RFA BESPOKE SAFETY TRAINING COURSES - The Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) Service, Senior Manager Safety Awareness (SMSA) and Junior Manager Safety Awareness (JMSA) training courses are required to enable senior and junior managers, along with RFA on board Health and Safety Representatives to develop their existing skills and understand the principles, regulation and application of Health and Safety in a maritime environment.
