Notice Description

We are seeking one specialist consultancy for advice on the following range of topics in relation to further developments in the implementation of Salesforce CRM (Service/SalesCloud) at the British Council: 1. Integration with other enterprise systems, in support of an integrated, end-to-end journey for English and Exams customers. - English teaching support system - IELTS Exams support system - Outlook (for our B2B users only) - Our 'Data layer' ('Master Customer Reference' / Azure) 2. Integration with external systems (for our B2B users) 3. Customer service/sales development - Further development of Salesforce 'Chat Bot' - Further development of lead generation for B2B users - Integration with cloud telephony solution - Support for and reporting on sales Additional information: Bidders will be required to register on British Council's e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil, in order to take part in the tender process. Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the bidders pack and submit their return. Bidders will also be required to demonstrate their capability and 'means of proof' will be required. These conditions are outlined in the RFP.
