This initiative falls within the building construction industry and is located in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Currently in the planning stage, interested parties must submit their expressions of interest by 1st October 2021, with tender documents expected to be issued in early October. The total value of the contract is projected to be £5,000,000, with a minimum value of £1,000,000, and the contract period is set to commence on 10th January 2022, lasting until 31st December 2022. The project not only promises financial returns but also offers the chance to contribute to the regeneration of Wisbech's High Street, thereby enhancing local community infrastructure and aesthetics.
