Notice Description

The works which are the subject of this Pricing Schedule are repairs to the existing asphalt covered flat roof structures over the projected shop fronts to the North side of a three storey purpose built block of flats and retail units in Eastcote. For the purpose of this Pricing Schedule we have assumed that the front elevation of the block, which incorporates the shops fronts, faces due North and all references to the points of the compass are made accordingly. All works which are the subject of this Pricing Schedule are to be carried out in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. The Contractor is to allow for all necessary Welfare Facilities in conjunction with same. NB there are a number of open spaces immediately adjacent to the block which, subject to the relevant approvals, may be utilised for Welfare Facilities/site compound. The Contractor is to allow for all necessary plant and materials to carry out the works and to clear away the same upon completion. The Contractor is to allow for cleaning down the shop fronts upon completion, and cleaning all external glass surfaces to same.
