Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: II.2.10 Instead of: Variants will be accepted: No Read: Variants will be accepted: Yes Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Regeneration works incorporating a new Cinema (approx. 35,000sq.ft) 6 new restaurant units (circa 20,000 sq. ft.) and associated servicing and public amenity spaces in the heart of Basildon. Basildon Borough Council are looking for a contractor with experience in building cinemas to deliver the project on time and within budget. The area around the site will remain open to the public throughout the build.
