Notice Description

Kent Community Health Foundation Trust (KCHFT) is looking to procure an IT system to manage the trust child immunisation process. This will include; * The recording of electronic consent (captured from parents via a web form), Organisation of the school and community immunisation process (dates, class lists, calculating immunisations required) * Access of consent forms by clinical staff and recording the immunisations given, or when necessary recording reasons why not given * Recording key KPI data and enabling this to be analysed * Providing reports for submission of KPI data to Public Health bodies and internal service improvement leads * Safe and secure transfer of uploading of information to Child Health Information system (CHIS) The system is to be used by the Immunisation Service to plan, administer and record immunisation programme delivery. The supplier must be able to provide a solution from August 2018 for five years (full technical details will be provided within the specification). KCHFT would currently like potential suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity on the Due North (Procontract) e-procurement portal. Once suppliers have expressed their interest, all ITT Documents will be sent to them via the Due North portal on Monday 15th May 2018.
