The National Citizen Service ('NCS') Trust ('the Trust') is a not-for-profit social enterprise established to shape, support, champion and lead a thriving National Citizen Service. The NCS programme is a once in a lifetime experience for young people aged 16-17 with four phases - Adventure, Discovery, Social Action and Extension. NCS Trust is implementing a new service delivery model across nine (9) regions via a combination of Direct and Indirect contracting models, running a number of procurements to replace the current supplier contracts. This procurement is awarding contracts to multiple Delivery Partners to deliver the NCS programme in three regions (London, South West, North East). Key responsibilities include: - Plan NCS Programme activities and logistics for all phases - Recruitment and training of a seasonal delivery workforce - NCS programme delivery - Manage safeguarding, health and safety and incidents - Optional end-to-end delivery and recruitment
