Passive Fire Safety Works
Notice Description
Clarion Housing Group carries out fire risk assessments and ensures that the actions highlighted in these assessments are per the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The aim behind the procurement for the programme is to involve specialist third party accredited contractors who we can contract manage and inspect the quality of works being delivered. We are looking for the contractors who can prove their willingness and expertise to undertake all the elements of Passive Fire Safety works including: * Replacing or upgrading doors sets and maintenance * Compartmentation works including invasive surveys * Roof cavity barrier works * Penetration sealing
