Mental Health: Community Demand and Capacity Review (D&CR) on behalf of NHS Merton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) (as "Contracting Authority") acting on behalf of South West London CCGs

Notice Description

NHS Merton CCG (the Contracting Authority) in collaboration with NHS Croydon CCG, NHS Wandsworth CCG, NHS Richmond CCG, NHS Sutton CCG & NHS Kingston CCG to seek quotations from a suitable provider, seeking support to inform commissioners and providers regarding the capacity and sustainability of mental health community services to meet current and future anticipated demand. NHS Merton Fulham CCG will act as Contracting Authority and the CCG that enters a contract with the successful bidder. The output from this work will also confirm the ability of services (within the defined service scope) to address any specified requirements contained within NHSEs Five Year Forward View (FYFV). The total contract duration will be based on the delivery of agreed components with completion and submission of two agreed, final reports due no later than 16 March 2018 to the relevant bodies. The anticipated contract value will be up to a maximum value of PS150,000, with the SW London CCGs element assumed to be valued at a maximum of PS100,000, and the NHS Croydon CCG element assumed to have a maximum value of PS50,000, with the actual values determined through this competitive procurement process. **The DEADLINE for clarification question submissions through the EU-Supply Portal, is 12pm, 6 November 2017, with responses expected to be returned by 8 November 2017**. **The DEADLINE for bid submissions through the EU-Supply Portal, is 12pm Mon, 13 November 2017**.
