Notice Description
1734/331/SW/NAMRC/17 High-resolution Table-top Scanning Electron Microscope The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for the supply of a High-resolution Table-top Scanning Electron Microscope for use within the Nuclear Advanced Manufacturing Research at Catcliffe, Rotherham. Scope of Requirement: The Nuclear AMRC and its Materials laboratory identified a requirement for a compact Scanning Electron Microscope with capability for EDS analysis in support of research for the energy sector. The SEM microscope will be used to measure components and test pieces manufactured during Nuclear AMRC research activities. Please note the required equipment is a table-top microscope and as such tenderers should consider weight and height of the equipment quoted. Tender Process and Documentation: This is a non-E.U. open exercise. The ITT can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University's e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield If you have any questions or comments in relation to this tender they must be submitted via the In-tend System, this can be accessed at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield Completed tenders must be returned through the same e-tendering system. Closing date for receipt of tenders: 21st of August 2017 at 12 noon (UK time). Additional information: Funding Description Catapult Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
