Notice Description

To undertake garden care / garden maintenance services. The Contract will include grass cutting, weed control, hedge trimming, pruning, litter picking and border maintenance, with an element of Customer service. Project ID Reference: DN632931 - In order to download and view all tender documents, you have to be registered with the NEPO web-portal. If you are not registered, this can be done by following the link address provided (https://procontract.due-north.com/Login) ALL questions and queries relating to this procurement opportunity MUST be made through the 'Messaging' section relating to this specific procurement opportunity (on the NEPO web-portal) and not direct to the contact details provided within this Contract Finder notice. Additional information: The Client therefore invites expressions of interest and completed tender responses from any suitably experienced Contractors wishing to be considered to provide these Services and, enter into the Contractual agreement with the company. We are looking for suitably experienced Companies who are committed to customer care and take pride in their work. The role is fast paced, particularly in the summer months, going from garden to garden every day and, in all weathers. This service is provided predominately to elderly, disabled and vulnerable customers. We expect each successful Provider to complete all identified service requirements as instructed. There are approximately 880 current customers to provide this service to. However, this total is subject to change as we have almost 200 additional customers interested in taking up this service when this Contract is awarded and, the successful Companies are identified.
