Recruitment Applicant Tracking System Contract
Notice Description
Our current Recruitment Applicant Tracking System contract expires end of March 2024. We now wish to procure a new Recruitment Applicant Tracking System contract that continues to provide an effective recruitment service for The Group. The key requirements of the Contract are as follows: * Development of an applicant tracking system (ATS) to attract and track candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process. * Development of an Onboarding site that engages new candidates prior to their first day of employment. * Development of an internal talent pool system * Fully managed recruitment services which provides support to enhance recruitment campaigns, manage candidate experience and provide feedback * An ATS that supports blind CV's * Experience of supporting recruitment within the Not for Profit & Charity sector * Ability to report E&D data * Development of close working relationships * Dedicated account management * Establish an effective Service Level Agreement with appropriate performance measures * Regular feedback, updates and reporting The Pioneer Group is also looking to secure maximum added value from the Contract. The following, whilst not exhaustive, are examples of added value activities that might be provided: * Training services * Workshops/surgeries * Access to events and briefings The closing date for the submission of the completed ITT is 12pm 12th January 2024. Completed ITTs can be submitted electronically to Imran.Khalifa@pioneergroup.org.uk or by other means to reach The Pioneer Group by 12:00pm 12th January 2024.
