Notice Description

The Lightning II aircraft (F-35) will enter service with the Royal Air Force and Royal Navy in 2018. The F-35 Enterprise are provisioning all the necessary Support Equipment (SE), test equipment and tool outfits deemed necessary to maintain the aircraft serviceability. Despite the extensive range and scale of equipment being provided for the UK F-35, it has been identified that there is a need for aircraft WAMS staging to facilitate fall protection for maintenance personnel associated with deeper maintenance activities on the aircraft. Suppliers must read through this set of instructions and follow the process to respond to this opportunity.
