In 2019 FBC worked with RCA to develop a design to deliver the proposed project. This now requires reviewing and updating before tenders are obtained for a fully designed scheme. Initial work will involve the successful consultant gaining an understanding of the site and scheme as developed to date. Meeting with the client, operator and other key organisations including, but not limited to, the MCA and CAA.
