REISSUE Shepway District Council ('the Council') is seeking fixed price tenders from contractors to carry out beach management works along the shoreline between Hythe and Folkestone Harbour in the District of Shepway, Kent, during the period 21st September 2015 to 31 March 2017. The work comprises four planned access periods and emergency work if required. For tender purposes only, Tenderers are to assume that one period of emergency work will be required lasting up to two weeks and that this will occur at any time during the contract period.
