The framework offers: FIRE ENGINEERS & SAFETY MANAGERS to advise on all fire safety aspects of client portfolios including but not limited to buildings/environments which are proposed, under construction, existing, under refurbishment, regeneration or being demolished; and Fire Safety Managers to assist in the management of those portfolios based upon the principles of PAS 7 2013 Fire risk management system. FIRE RISK ASSESSORS - BAFE SP205 Certified Companies that undertake risk assessments to simple to complex, residential and commercial buildings/environments. FRAs further divided into Domestic (predominately purpose built flats) and Non-domestic (predominantly public access). Additional information: LHC is a joint committee of local authorities acting as a central purchasing body on behalf of contracting authorities throughout ENGLAND, SCOTLAND (including partners of the Scottish Procurement Alliance) and WALES (including partners of the Welsh Procurement Alliance) with whom and for whom this framework has been developed. LHC frameworks have been used by more than 700 contracting authorities, for whom we continue to monitor up to 500 live projects at any one time. Thanks to their ongoing and collective input and feedback, and given the reach and scale of their collective' portfolios, the framework is both designed and anticipated to support the vast majority of requirements. Consequently, other contracting authorities that were not specifically consulted in the development of this framework may nevertheless also deem the framework to offer a value for money procurement solution for their own requirements, and may also use the framework. As of the date of publication of this notice our frameworks may be used by all contracting authorities as defined by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Public Contracts Regulations (Scotland) 2015 and as listed on www.lhc.gov.uk/24, www.scottishprocurement.scot/24 and www.welshprocurement.cymru/24 and at present include Registered Social Landlords (RSL's), Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs) and Arm's Length Management Organisations (ALMOs), local authorities and any subsidiaries and joint-venture vehicles of those local authorities, health authorities, councils, boards and trusts, publicly funded schools, universities and further education establishments, colleges, police forces, fire and rescue services or registered charities.
