Notice Title

SDA HR Job Evaluation RFI

Notice Description

Until now the SDA has utilised a job evaluation methodology shared with DE&S, however as the organisation has undergone an internal restructure we are now considering alternative options. This will target the quantity of job evaluations we will be completing across all relevant grades. All SDA roles have been evaluated and placed into a grading structure using the factor comparison methodology provided by the previous supplier, and it is not our intention to re-evaluate all roles but to utilise the existing infrastructure and incorporate a methodology that will allow us to evaluate new roles and place them into the existing grading structure.
