Notice Description

As we move towards telling our brand story that encompasses our vision, purpose and values by which our employees and customers will experience with OS, we will be launching hero campaigns to bring the story alive for up to four of our Business Units within OS over a six month period from September 2020. We would like to collaborate with an agency who have experience in creating campaigns that tell a story and importantly connect people to the brand amongst differing audiences (external & internal) and markets, to boost awareness, understanding and conversion for OS. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
