Notice Description

The Innovate UK Global Expert Mission on Healthy Ageing to China in March 2019 identified an opportunity to take an ecosystem-level approach to delivering an innovation programme that will support ageing people to live independently and safely in a community. Focussing on applied research and development, at high Technology Readiness levels (TRLs) of 7 and above. The project aims to develop a replicable model for delivering these services, offering potential sustainability for both UK and Chinese businesses. The requirement is to provide ongoing advice and guidance as appropriate to the project delivery/management team and to work with NICA and IUK to co-develop and formalise the underpinning rationale for the programme (Theory of Change, Logic Model) and relevant success metrics and evaluation.
