NOTE: This notice was updated on 17 May 2021 for the following reason: Title changed to Call Recording Solution(Replace or upgrade our current solution which is currently out of support. This solution will need to provide the flexibility for the university to allow for an increase in recording in busier times during our clearing recruitment period.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
