Notice Description
Structural works for the Smirthwaite Houses and Woodland Avenue Roofing Scheme. To carry out Structural works prior to the start of the Roofing Programme, to include Underpinning works to 2 properties, rebuild steps and supporting wall to 8 properties, carry out cavity wall tie replacement and pointing to 5 properties. To include the supply of all materials, tools, equipment, labour, plant & machinery, preliminaries, overhead, and making good to all areas as required, and all costs associated to carry out these works as per the schedule, drawings and documents available on the Portal All Tendered Bids are to be submitted via the ProActis Due North Portal. Any bids sent by any other means will not be considered in the evaluation process.
