NWUPC set up and contract manage Framework Agreements whichare established to ensure compliance with the European Procurement Regulations which cover Public Sectorcontracts over a certain threshold value. NWUPC are conducting market engagement for the establishment of aFramework Agreement for Recycling Bins and Street Furniture for members of NWUPC, APUC, CPC, HEPCW,LUPC, NEUPC, and SUPC.
