Newry Mourne & Down District Council's PEACEPLUS Action Plan includes the delivery of Themed Diversity Festivals under Strand 3 - Celebrating Cultures and Diversity. Strand 3 focuses on cultural diversity and in increasing understanding of and respect for cultural identities. Competent suppliers are hereby invited to tender to design, develop and deliver a festival programme. The project will deliver a celebratory, educational participant lead project culminating in a accessible Food & Folk Fusion Festival in the Downpatrick DEA.
