The London Borough of Hounslow requires an experienced training provider to offer a wide variety of Health and Social care training opportunities leading to London living wage sustainable jobs and further-training outcomes for Hounslow residents. The successful bidder must demonstrate how they will attract referrals directly to the training programme as well as how they will engage local partners to support this endeavour. A menu of training options to meet the varying needs of residents, with a view to providing an in-to-work model is required. This includes ensuring that training and qualification intervention leads to meaningful, sustainable work placements, sustainable employment or further training with local organisations in the region. All training to be conducted in a training facility within the Hounslow borough, the costs for this will be covered by the training provider.
