Summary of the contracting process

Invitation To Tender (C1222a): London Leadership Programme - Development, Management and Facilitation The London Leadership Programme (LLP) has been running since the autumn of 2017. To date, 150 senior officers across London have participated, with a further 32 scheduled to graduate in March 2023. Feedback from all those that have participated, and their sponsors continues to be very positive. We now wish to extend the programme for four further cohorts in the period up to 2025 (two cohort in 2023/24 and another two cohorts in 2024/25). The LLP was established to invest in people who have the ability to perform as collaborative systems leaders in London and to support London's future leaders to best understand and capitalise on the complex social and organisational systems that will enable the required transformation of public services in the capital. We are inviting the submission of written quotations for the development and delivery of four cohorts of the LLP on behalf of the London Self Improvement Board. The London Self Improvement Board is chaired by the Chief Executive London Borough of Camden, and comprises six other London Borough chief executives and Chief Executive of London Councils. The LLP is led by the Chief Executive London Committee Workforce Development Lead, Chief Executive of the London Borough Bexley. The finances associated with the LLP are administered through London Councils both in terms of fee income and expenditure. The contract for this commission will be with London Councils on behalf of the Self Improvement Board. Bidders should see the rest of this notice and the ITT and other Tender documents for full details on how to apply. Please send submissions to Tenders@londoncouncils.gov.uk quoting reference C1222a to arrive by 12 noon, Friday 20 January 2023. Additional information: The given contract value of PS120K is the lower end of the price range we are expecting for this contract. Bids may be submitted at higher or lower costs than this value but should be clearly costed as per the tender instructions. Queries should be submitted as instructed to the contact provided in the ITT document. Responses to queries will be collated and the query log will be uploaded here within 1 working day where possible. Bidders should check back regularly to see if additions have been made to the query log since they last checked. Queries should be submitted before Friday 20 November. ------ 26.11.2020 - 5pm: A query log has been uploaded. No further queries will be answered. ---- 26.11.2020 - 6pm. *New version of ITT submission form uploaded.* It has been brought to our attention that the ITT Submission form contained track changes. Whilst not reflective of the high standards London Councils holds itself to, the changes do not materially affect the bid criteria and bidders should use the version uploaded on the 26th if they are able to, but we will accept the previous version. We apologise for any confusion this error has caused bidders and hope that this does not prevent you from bidding for future opportunities.
