1. Introduction to Stonewater: Stonewater Ltd, hereafter referred to as 'Stonewater' is a UK-based social housing provider that operates across England. Stonewater's primary focus is on delivering affordable homes for rent and shared ownership, as well as providing specialised housing solutions for vulnerable individuals and families. The organisation manages a diverse portfolio of properties, including general needs housing, supported housing, and homes designed for older people. These properties are spread across various locations, ranging from urban areas to rural communities. In addition to housing provision, Stonewater offers support services tailored to meet the specific needs of its residents. This may include assistance with independent living skills, employment and training opportunities, health and well-being initiatives, and community engagement programmes. The aim is to empower individuals and help them lead fulfilling lives within their communities. Stonewater is committed to sustainability and strives to build environmentally-friendly, energy-efficient homes. It also actively promotes social sustainability by creating inclusive communities that foster social interaction and a sense of belonging. The requirement consists of the conversion of an existing attached carport to form a ground-floor twin-bedroom accessed from the entrance hall, including ground-floor WC conversion into a wet room, and the creation of replacement parking in the rear garden.
