Stonewater's primary focus is on delivering affordable homes for rent and shared ownership, as well as providing specialised housing solutions for vulnerable individuals and families. The organisation manages a diverse portfolio of properties, including general needs housing, supported housing, and homes designed for older people. These properties are spread across various locations, ranging from urban areas to rural communities. In addition to housing provision, Stonewater offers support services tailored to meet the specific needs of its residents. This may include assistance with independent living skills, employment and training opportunities, health and well-being initiatives, and community engagement programmes. The aim is to empower individuals and help them lead fulfilling lives within their communities.
