Summary of the contracting process

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) is currently at the planning stage of the procurement process for the "Procurement eSourcing & Spend Analytics RFI." This initiative falls under the procurement software package industry category and aims to seek input from potential providers or developers in this field. The deadline for interested suppliers to respond to the RFI is set for 14 August 2017 at 12:00 BST, and the main contact for this process is Steve Pannell, who can be reached via email at steve.pannell@bbc.co.uk. The procurement method utilised for this process is a Request for Information (RFI).

This tender presents valuable opportunities for businesses specialising in eProcurement, eSourcing solutions, and related technologies to engage with the BBC's initiatives. Specifically, companies that offer comprehensive source-to-contract solutions or those focused on standalone capabilities such as eAuction, Contract Management, or Spend Analytics will be well-positioned to respond. As the BBC looks to understand market innovations, organisations interested in expanding their presence in the public sector and enhancing their service offerings should consider participating in this RFI process.
