Care Connect Alarm Equipment Ad-hoc

Notice Description

Direct Award contract is required with Tunstall Healthcare (UK) to cover ad hoc purchasing of alarm units, peripheral devices, and other related equipment for use in the homes of Care Connect customers. This is the equipment installed in customer homes to allow them to contact the DCC control room for help and assistance when required. A more substantial direct award contract is anticipated in 2023, in relation to the switch off of the analogue (PSTN) telephone network and the migration to digital, which will require new digitally compliant alarm equipment. Until this time, Care Connect wish to continue ordering alarm units and other peripheral equipment as and when needed for use with new customers, and for replacing items which have come to the end of their life cycle.
