Microsoft Unified Support is a business-critical software system. The CPS relies on several critical services provided through Microsoft software and solutions. This includes cloud infrastructure for shared drives and casework tools, device management, video conferencing, telephony, email and other productivity and collaboration tools. As with any software, at an enterprise level, a support agreement is required. Microsoft Unified Support is a flexible service that provides access to Microsoft experts, tools, and best practices to help get the most out of our Microsoft products and services. Whether we need technical assistance, proactive guidance, or strategic advice, Microsoft Unified Support delivers the required support tailored to specific scenarios.
