Notice Description
Guildford Borough Council is a local housing authority with some 5,300 dwellings comprising a mixture of houses, low/medium rise flats and various non-residential buildings. The Council is seeking to enter into a contract for three years with an optional two year extension, commencing May 1st, 2019, with a competent organisation capable of undertaking repairs to the roofs and gutters of these properties. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
